Each plan (Essentials, Growth and Business) includes:
– A flat monthly fee with a monthly order limit
– Applicable extra order fees for accounts that go over their order limit
For example, if you’re on Elevar’s Essentials plan, you can process up to 1,000 orders per month for a flat fee of $200/month.
If you send 1,001 orders during a single billing period, you will be charged the flat monthly fee ($200) plus $0.15 for the extra order, totaling $200.15 for the billing period.
No. Even though many of our solutions are built around Google Tag Manager, you have the option to utilize Elevar Server-Side for tracking with destinations like Facebook CAPI, Google Analytics, and others. Currently our data layer install does require a GTM container to connect to.
If you have server-side marketing destinations (like GA4, Facebook, etc.) where Elevar sends your orders to, we will only count orders sent to your destinations. If you don’t have live server-side destinations, we count all orders created in your Shopify store.
You also won’t be charged for orders blocked by consent or charged twice for the same order if it’s sent to multiple destinations. For example, if you send the same order to UA, Facebook, and GA4, Elevar will only charge once.
Nope! All of our server-side tracking is now fully managed, hosted, maintained, and upgraded for you. No additional server-side container for GTM or Google Cloud storage is needed.
Your tracking will continue working. For every extra order, we charge a per order fee. If you have over 100,000 orders per month, contact us.
No. If you send one unique order to both Universal Analytics and Facebook, that counts as one order.
If you’re a brand with more than one Shopify store (the most common reason we see this is with international stores), we sum up all orders from all of your stores and choose your plan based on that number. For example, if the sum of all orders from all stores is 9,500 orders/month, then you should choose the $350/month plan; Elevar will then get all stores rolled up into that single plan. Questions? The free trial lasts for 15 days and begins immediately upon the creation of your Elevar account.
During the trial, you can process unlimited orders and at the end of the trial, the monthly subscription applies based on the plan you select.

We guarantee 99%+ of conversions from your Shopify store will be delivered to the destinations that you configure (e.g. Facebook CAPI). If for any reason Shopify webhooks have an outage and don’t replay orders (which is rare) then we will not be able to capture and re-send these to your destinations.
